By accessing this website or using a Caribbean Collection service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you reserve or purchase on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them.
1. Using our services
You must provide complete, current, and accurate information and use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at scale, or use its content in a misleading or infringing way.
Website content is provided for general information. Store hours, availability, product details, prices, promotions, and collection arrangements may change. Contact the relevant branch if information is time-sensitive.
Our content
The Caribbean Collection name, website design, text, graphics, and other materials we provide are owned by us or used with permission. You may view them for personal use, but may not reproduce, sell, modify, or commercially exploit them without written permission. Product names, images, and marks may belong to their respective collaborators.
2. Reservations, products & collection
An online reservation is a request to hold products for collection; it is not a completed sale. A reservation is subject to stock confirmation, any stated hold period, and acceptance by the selected branch. Payment is made at collection unless we expressly offer another arrangement.
- Product colours, packaging, and appearance can vary slightly from photographs.
- Prices and availability may be corrected if a listing contains an error.
- We may limit quantities or cancel a reservation affected by an error, suspected misuse, or unavailable stock.
- You should inspect your order at collection and follow the current store return process if there is a concern.
Customer returns
Returns are assessed under Caribbean Collection’s current return process. The team may consider proof of purchase, product condition, category restrictions, defects, and applicable consumer obligations. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Collaborator standards
Promote your brand confidently while following customer, product, conduct, and agreement rules. These standards supplement—not replace—your signed agreement and current written store instructions. If they differ, the signed agreement and applicable law govern.
Promote your in-store presence
Tell customers which Caribbean Collection branch carries your products and keep your store information accurate. Create clear photos and short videos, tag the store account when relevant, and share launches, restocks, demonstrations, and brand stories. Avoid claims the store has not approved or content that suggests an exclusive endorsement.
The store may feature collaborator content, but placement and timing are not guaranteed. Provide polished, correctly sized assets and enough lead time. You remain responsible for permissions covering people, music, artwork, trademarks, and other material in your content.
Plan a promotion
Submit promotion and seasonal-sale requests through the Client Contact Form before advertising. Include the branch, products, promotion mechanics, start and end dates, and any display or signage needed. Wait for written approval so the point-of-sale and staff instructions can be prepared. Prices and promotional claims must match at the shelf, checkout, and in your advertising.
Customer returns
Customers follow Caribbean Collection’s current return process. Do not independently promise an exchange, refund, or exception on the store’s behalf. Respond promptly when staff need product information or a resolution.
Product and price integrity
Stock only approved, lawful, safe, authentic products. Product names, descriptions, ingredients, quantities, barcodes, and selling prices must be accurate and consistent with the inventory record. Do not use misleading discounts, false comparisons, counterfeit marks, or another creator’s protected work without permission.
Agreements and display changes
Follow the trial, renewal, notice, and mall-location terms in your signed agreement. Ask before moving between locations, changing a product category, transferring a display, sharing space, or modifying shelving. Mall exclusivity or location restrictions may apply to particular agreements; confirm your own terms rather than relying on another collaborator’s arrangement.
Peak seasons require early planning and dependable stock. Communicate travel, closures, production constraints, or a planned discontinuation as soon as possible. Do not remove stock, abandon a display, or miss a required notice because a busy period has begun.
Professional conduct
Treat customers, staff, other collaborators, mall teams, and their products respectfully. Follow appointment, access, safety, confidentiality, and communication rules. Do not obstruct aisles, interfere with another display, pressure staff during customer service, or publish private operational information.
Report concerns with specific facts through an official support channel. Repeated non-compliance may lead to corrective action under the agreement.
Theft, damage & responsibility
Report suspected theft, damage, safety risks, or inventory discrepancies promptly; do not confront customers or conduct your own investigation. Provide product details, barcode, last known quantity, and relevant timing. Caribbean Collection will review available records under its procedures. Responsibility for loss, damage, insurance, recalls, and defective products is governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.
4. Availability & liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caribbean Collection is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. We remain responsible where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their availability, content, security, and privacy practices are controlled by their operators.
5. Changes, governing law & contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal obligations. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, and disputes are subject to its courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the contact form. Collaborators should use the Client Contact Form for account or agreement questions.
